By consenting, you agree that the Terry Fox Foundation has the right to use your photo/video indefinitely as described above.

I agree to the use of my photo/video and understand that it may be edited, adapted, combined, and shared with media outlets, community partners, and participating organizations for purposes consistent with the Terry Fox Foundation’s mission.
