TERRY FOX FOUNDATION BLUE JAYS WORLD SERIES CONTEST

By participating in the Terry Fox Foundation Blue Jays World Series Contest (the “Contest”), you confirm to have received, understood, and agreed to the following contest rules and regulations (the “Rules”).

1. Who is eligible to enter the Contest?
The Contest is exclusive to individuals who are current residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and are at least 18 years old as of October 23, 2025.

The following individuals are not eligible to enter the Contest:

a) Current employees and Board members of the Terry Fox Foundation or Terry Fox Research Institute, and staff of related agencies and/or corporations.

b) A member from the household of any of the individuals listed in (a).

c) Immediate family members (including but not limited to spouse, sibling, parent, child) of the individuals listed in (a).

2. What are the dates of the Contest?
Prize 1 runs October 23, 2025 to October 25, 2025 at 10 AM ET. Prize 2 runs October 23, 2025 to October 26, 2025 at 12 PM ET. Entries to the Contest will only be accepted during this period. One winner will be chosen by random draw for each prize and contacted via email or DM.

3. How do I participate in the Contest?
For a chance to win, participants must complete the following criteria during the Contest period:

a) Follow the Terry Fox Foundation’s official Instagram account.

b) Like and comment on the Terry Fox Foundation’s official Blue Jays World Series Instagram post.

c) Support cancer research with a donation of any amount at terryfox.org.

Participants can also receive a bonus entry (“Bonus Entry”) by signing up as a Terry Fox Foundation monthly donor at terryfox.org/ways-to-give.

If criteria (a) was completed prior to the start date of the Contest and is in good standing by the Contest end date, said completed criteria will be considered valid for Contest entry.

4. How many times can I enter the Contest?
All participants who complete the criteria outlined in 3 a), 3 b), and 3 c) will receive ONE entry to the Contest. Participants can receive ONE additional entry by completing the Bonus Entry criteria outlined in section 3 above. One participant can have a maximum of TWO entries.

5. What is the Contest prize?
The winner (“Winner”) of the Contest will receive one of two prizes (the “Prizes”) consisting of either:

PRIZE 1

• Two tickets to Game 2 in Toronto (Saturday, October 25, 8 PM ET)
• Limited-edition Finish It merchandise

OR

PRIZE 2

• Two tickets to Game 4 in Los Angeles (Tuesday, October 28, 8 PM ET)
• Round-trip business class flights courtesy of the Air Canada Foundation for two from anywhere in Canada to Los Angeles

Approximate retail value of Prize 1 is $5,000 CAD. Approximate retail value of Prize 2 is $10,000 CAD. Actual value of the Prizes will depend on departure and return location in Canada and any fluctuations in prize item fares. The Winner will not be awarded any difference between the approximate retail value and actual value.

6. Do the Prizes have conditions?

a) For Prize 2, the Winner and their guest will be required to travel from Canada to Los Angeles, CA, USA and from Los Angeles, CA, USA to Canada using flights booked by the Terry Fox Foundation.

b) For Prize 2, the Winner and their guest must have valid documentation for travel to the USA.

c) A minimum of one person, either the Winner or their guest, must travel with a valid credit card to cover any incidentals or other expense requirements.

d) The Prizes consist exclusively of the items listed in section 5 above. No additional costs associated with partaking in the Prize activities and events will be covered (including but not limited to, additional accommodations, meals, excursions, phone service, insurance, transportation, baggage fees, in-flight purchases, etc.). Any additional costs will be the sole responsibility of the Winner and their guest.

e) The Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable, not for sale, and have no cash value. 

f) The Winners must have a valid phone number, email address, SeatGeek, and Ticketmaster account to receive the prize items listed in section 5.

7. How will the Winner be selected?
The Winners will be chosen by random draw on October 25, 2025 and October 26, 2025 from the group of eligible entries. No purchase necessary. Winners will be required to answer a skill testing question to claim their prize. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries.

If the Winners do not respond within three (3) hours after the first notification attempt, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the Winners fail to provide the necessary information to confirm their identity and eligibility to receive the Prizes, the Winners may be disqualified and alternative Winners may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Can the Prizes be altered after the Contest opens?
The Terry Fox Foundation and members involved in the creation of this Contest reserve the right to alter prize inclusions if required in the Foundation’s sole discretion. Alterations may occur due to situations outside of the Terry Fox Foundation’s control, such as, but not limited to, weather, illness, travel delays, world events, etc. The Winner of the Contest will be made aware of any prize alterations and will be provided with additional prize options if required. It is the Terry Fox Foundation’s intent to run the Contest as originally outlined in the Terms and Conditions above.
