You will be invoiced by email for your merchandise. Payment for the merchandise can be made via mail (cheque), or by credit card (telephone).

Simply submit one of the forms above after you have filled in all the applicable fields.  Or you can call us directly at 1 888 836-9786 and we’ll complete the order for you. Please do not order merchandise directly from our online store as we are not able to add the online sale revenue to your Team’s total fundraising amount.

Yes, the full amount of your merchandise sales is added to your Team’s total fundraising amount.

All Team merchandise orders are non-returnable and you must pay for every item ordered. The sizing dimensions are listed on the front of this form in each size column to help you order the correct size.

No, all prices are firm as listed, regardless of the amount ordered.

75% of the price of every item sold benefits cancer research.

No, we do not charge for shipping or add any tax. We do however ask that you try to consolidate multiple orders so that we can save on our shipping costs.

Yes! There are several benefits to encouraging your team mates to register online. Team Captains can communicate directly, and instantly, with members of their team. In addition, participants who register online create their own Participant Page to communicate with prospective donors, and use our effective online pledging system to maximize their fundraising efforts. Another benefit? Online donors receive their tax receipts promptly!

Can my teammates support different Run Sites for the 2020 Virtual Terry Fox Run?2020-06-17T16:13:46+00:00

Although teams will not be physically attending a Run Site in 2020, your teammates can register and support any VIRTUAL community Run Site of their choice. We can track your teammates’ involvement and donations via the online system.

How do I order customized or non-customized Terry Fox shirts for my team?2016-12-21T02:07:07+00:00

Once your team is registered online, the Team Captain receives a Terry Fox Team Merchandise Order Form via email and in the Resource Kit. Complete and forward the Order Form to your Provincial Office to place a shirt order. You can also call your local Office directly at 1-888-836-9786 to place a shirt order with us!

Are Corporate logos permitted on any Terry Fox team materials, including shirts?2016-12-21T02:06:29+00:00

No. The Terry Fox Policies and Guidelines precludes the printing of corporate logos on any print, electronic or clothing items that bear Terry’s name or likeness.
